HSD series is a series of alkaline, aqueous dispersion of colloidal silica where average particle size can be tailored between 90-150 nm and silica (SiO2) content can be customized between 20-50% The silica dispersion is sodium stabilized, with a pH value ranging from 9.0 to 11.0. The physical appearance of HSD series is an opalescent liquid, slightly more viscous than water. Applications: As a polishing agent or abrasive in CMP or electronics industry, or other applications where large particle size colloidal silica is required.
